Ensured that all computers, call managers, and Redcom devices are configured properly to allow the BCT to conduct operations. Reported to the Brigade Signal Officer and the Brigade Communications Chief on accreditation concerns and automation security violations. Owned responsibility for $1M+ of military equipment.
